The famous Belgian hornist player Ivo Hadermann, soloist of the Belgian National Orchestra, requested in 2015 Swerts to compose a chamber music piece for him for a program that was dedicated to the Vienna era. For that reason, Swerts opted to make his own version of the Moment Musical in A flat of Franz Schubert. He recorded in 2017 the piece on the cd Night Poem.
